Terms & Conditions

Terms of Sale & Payment and Refund Policy

You agree that you will pay from our billing page for services rendered according to signed proposal and/or onsite inspection and agreement of service for landscape installation, gardening and clean up. Your total pricing for a one time fee or monthly services will be paid upon the completion of products used and services rendered.

Should you request a credit or refund please contact Kathyslandscaping@kathys-landscaping.com. Our office will respond within 24 - 48 hours to discuss your credit and/or refund request.

We do not store credit card information and our gateway provider is Authorize.net, a leading provider of payment gateway services, managing the submission of billions of transactions to processing networks on behalf of merchant customers.
